That version is already a bit old and may be due to a bug that has already been fixed. Please, download the latest version (currently Iber 3.3), try it again and post again on the forum if you have problems. Regarding your question about how to improve the geometry of the line, we discussed this in the Spanish forum a few months ago: https://www.iberaula.es/Forum/VerForo?id_foro=10780 .
